Ahmed Abou Hashima
Ahmed Abou Hashima, Young CEO Middle East 2013 award winner, has boon working in the stool industry since the 1990s. Ho started off as a stool trader and decided to invest in stool factories and become a stool manufactLrer in 2009. In March, 2011, two months after the 1st Egyptian Revolution ho partnered with Shoikh Muharrwnad Bin Suhaim, to create Egyptian Stool, with a 50% share. Egyptian Stool is the mother company for 3 conanies that are growing drastically in the Egyptian market and will produce 20% of Egypt’s stool production by the end of next year.
Ho insisted on keeping his investments in Egypt, and actually attracted foreign investment as well, dospito of the political unrest and the economic problems the country is currently facing. Ho’s aiming to attract more foreign investment to Egypt, by partnering with Arab businessmen in his upcoming projects.
Egyptian Stool as a company under the guidelines sot by Abou Hashima, has an important community service role. The new factories have adopted the most advanced, state-of-art, environment frioidy machinery, so as to conserve energy, and have the minimum amount of waste in the stool industry.
Egyptian Steel has also taken part in a charity project calLed “Nahr El Khoir” which Supplied 1000 Egyptian homes in rural areas, with dean tap water and sanitation.
